1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

All program enrollments include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If our training doesn't meet your expectations for any reason, request a complete refund within 30 days of your enrollment date.

3. Refund Qualification

Full refunds are provided when:

  • Request arrives within 30 days of original enrollment
  • This is your initial refund request for this program
  • Enrollment was completed through exolix.online

3.2 Non-Qualifying Situations

Refunds may be declined when:

  • Request submitted beyond the 30-day window
  • You've previously received a refund for the same program
  • Evidence suggests policy misuse (multiple requests, complete content download before refund)
  • Enrollment occurred through external platforms (contact that platform instead)

4. Refund Processing

4.1 Timeline

After receiving and approving your request:

  • Confirmation email sent within 2-3 business days
  • Refund issued to original payment method
  • Allow 5-10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your financial institution

4.2 Refund Value

Approved refunds cover the complete enrollment amount. Banking or payment processor fees beyond our control may not be recoverable.

5. Post-Refund Access

Following refund approval:

  • Program access will be deactivated
  • Completion certificates become invalid
  • Community membership ends

6. Discounted Enrollments

Programs purchased with promotional pricing or discount codes remain eligible for our 30-day guarantee. Refund amount equals actual payment made.

7. Package Enrollments

For multi-program bundles:

  • Requests within 30 days receive full bundle refund
  • Individual program refunds from bundles unavailable

8. Payment Disputes

Please contact us before initiating bank or credit card disputes. We're committed to swift issue resolution. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions and collection procedures.
